Please ensure that your serial number is entered correctly during enrollment. If you do not yet have a device assigned to your student, enter "TBD" in the serial number field. If you have your device, you can find the device serial number by following these steps:
- Power on the device and make sure to sign out of your account
- At the Sign-On screen, Hold down the ALT key and then press V
- You should see the serial number in the top right corner of the screen
